These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the selling.zone platform and all associated services including valuation.zone, buying.zone, lovemy.town, and PostWizard (collectively, the "Platform"). By subscribing to or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The Platform is operated by selling.zone ("we", "us", "our").
Subscriptions are charged as follows:
Payment is due at the start of each 6-month billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account and associated services.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
A one-off setup fee of £500 + VAT applies to standard subscriptions. This covers portal configuration, branding setup, and data import assistance.
The setup fee is waived for Launch Partners during our founding period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. However, refunds are not available for the remaining period of your current billing term.
Upon cancellation, your access to the Platform will continue until the end of your paid term. After this date, your portals and content will be taken offline.
All subscriptions include unlimited leads. There are no per-lead charges or caps on valuation requests or buyer registrations.
All subscriptions include a monthly usage allowance of 500 which covers address lookups and WhatsApp messages.
We operate a fair use policy: usage is tracked on a rolling 12-month average. Short-term spikes are absorbed. Persistent high usage may trigger a conversation about adjusting your plan.
Launch Partners receive lovemy.town area guides included free forever as part of their subscription.
For standard subscriptions, lovemy.town is available as an add-on at £30 + VAT per month.
Launch Partners (founding agents) receive the following benefits:
The Launch Partner offer applies to new subscriptions during our launch period and cannot be combined with other promotions.
You are responsible for providing accurate agency branding, contact details, and any content you upload to the Platform.
You grant us a licence to display your branding and content on the Platform for the purpose of delivering our services. This licence terminates when your subscription ends.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes on third-party rights.
We aim to keep the Platform available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
We are not liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own compliance with data protection legislation in relation to leads and buyer data you receive through the Platform.
The Platform, its design, code, and functionality remain our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a licence to use the Platform but does not transfer any ownership rights.
lovemy.town area guide content is generated by us and remains our property, displayed under your branding for the duration of your subscription.
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, search rankings, or business outcomes.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 6 months preceding any claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately if you:
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
